Video instructions:\r
Remove the two torx screws from the bottom of the device.\r
With a spudger, carefully remove the base casing.\r
Remove the seven screws from the frame housing, as well as two from the battery.\r
With a pry tool, remove the connectors from the board.\r
Once the board is removed, begin heating the front glass and LCD.\r
With a spudger, remove the glass/lcd combo from the frame.
